Who We Are

Roofing Built On Straight Answers

Roof Repair Jacksonville FL is a locally based roofing company working out of 6900 Philips Highway near the Southside area of Jacksonville. We handle roof repair, replacement, inspection, and maintenance for homeowners across Duval County and the wider First Coast.

The idea behind the company is simple. Too many homeowners hear the word replacement before anyone has actually looked at the roof. Our approach is the opposite. We inspect first, explain what we find in plain language, and recommend the smallest fix that will actually solve the problem. Sometimes that is a full replacement, and when it is, we say so and show you why. Often it is a targeted repair that costs a fraction of a tear off.

Every roof in this part of Florida lives a hard life. Summer heat, heavy afternoon storms, salt air near the coast, and the occasional named storm all take a toll. We know how each roof type responds to that climate, and we plan repairs that hold up to it rather than patches that fail by the next season.

What Guides Our Work

The Standards We Hold Every Job To

These are not slogans on a wall. They are the rules we actually run each project by.

Inspect Before We Quote

No roof gets a price until we have walked it and, where needed, checked the attic. A number quoted sight unseen is a guess, and you deserve better than a guess.

Explain In Plain Language

You get a clear written breakdown of what is wrong, what we recommend, and what it will cost, without the jargon that hides the real story.

Fix The Real Problem

A leak that shows up in one spot often starts somewhere else entirely. We trace issues to their source instead of sealing over the symptom.

Repair Before Replace

When a roof can be repaired safely and to code, we repair it. We only recommend a full replacement when the roof genuinely calls for one.

Document Everything

Photos and written notes on every inspection, formatted so they are ready to hand to an insurance adjuster if a claim is part of the picture.

Clean Up After Ourselves

Old materials, nails, and debris leave with us. We hand the property back the way we would want ours left.

What We Work On

Every Common Roof Type On The First Coast

Each material fails in its own way, so the right repair for one is the wrong repair for another. We work across all four.

Shingle Roofs

The most common roof in Jacksonville. We repair wind lifted shingles, cracked tabs, and worn flashing before they become leaks.

Metal Roofs

Popular for their lifespan, but fasteners back out and seams open over time. We address those points without replacing sound panels.

Tile Roofs

Common on higher end and coastal homes. We replace cracked or slipped tile and reset the underlayment where it has failed.

Flat Roofs

Found on additions, porches, and modern builds. We tackle ponding water, membrane wear, and seam failures at the source.

Where We Work

Rooted In Jacksonville, Serving The First Coast

Our home base on Philips Highway keeps us close to the whole Jacksonville metro, and we regularly travel out to the surrounding communities that make up the First Coast.

That includes Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, and Ponte Vedra Beach on the coast, Orange Park and Fleming Island in Clay County, Fernandina Beach and Yulee up in Nassau County, and the historic homes of St Augustine to the south. Each area has its own roofing quirks, from salt driven corrosion near the ocean to aging roofs on older inland homes, and we plan for those differences.

If you are not sure whether your address falls in our service area, send us an email and we will let you know right away.
